This comic was published in 2008 from Titan Books and the authors are Mark Miller and John Romita Jr.. The story is a superhero story. I thought this comic would have a super hero who has a supernatural power like other superhero comics before I read this comic. However, this is not a common story of a superhero. The outline is, David is a ordinary high school student who is a main character. He really likes superhero comics and he wants to be a superhero and he actually tried to be a superhero, but in reality is different of superhero comics, so he felt down, but he didn't give up, he tried to continues. The other characters also don't actually have supernatural powers, so I was little bit surprised. I felt there were many indecent words and I thought the illustrations were radical representations. I don't care about these representations, but some people may not like them.
I like Hit Girl, who is one of the main characters in this comic. She is only a kid, she's but really strong. She kills so many villains with two swords. I found some a movie trailer on YouTube with scenes of Hit Girl fighting in the film. Please check it.
In conclusion. I think the setting of story is nice, it's fun. I prefer stories where characters have supernatural powers, but this comic is good. The practical setting is interesting. And fighting scenes are cool, especially the Hit Girl fighting scenes. Mostly it's good, but I can't recommend it to everybody, because the representations are not good for children or people who don't like radical representation.
Thanks for reading.
